A relaxed beach week for women seeking space, a reset, connection, and a light touch of creative inspiration.
Join me for a leisurely oceanfront escape in Corolla, on North Carolina’s beautiful Outer Banks. Housed in a spacious, modern oceanfront villa, this loosely structured gathering is designed to give you room — room to breathe, to recharge, to gain perspective and to please yourself.
Want to catch a sunrise over the ocean? You can do that! Prefer to sleep late in your airy king bedroom with private bath? You can do that! Walk the beach. Read a book. Write a book! Enjoy a cold plunge or a dip in the hot tub. Explore the island's nearby galleries, restaurants, antique/thrift stores. Lead yoga on the beach, if you are so inspired, or teach us mahjong (please!).
Spend your days alone, or share time with the other warm, wise women in the house. Go home rested and renewed, with a clearer head and the perfect souvenir: a new friend.
During the week, I’ll offer two completely optional fluid art workshops; please come and play without pressure or judgment. It's an art form where you truly cannot fail — no experience, vision, or talent required. It’s pure play, and a surprisingly powerful vehicle for self-discovery.
To support you in your explorations, creative or otherwise, I will offer a private coaching session to each guest, as well as a private reading with gifted spiritual medium and animal communicator Tracey McIntosh.
Beyond the workshops and private sessions, I’ll host three dinners for the group and a few informal after-dinner gatherings — just time to linger, talk, laugh, and connect. I will also stock an art table with easy to use materials, and will provide daily prompts to get the creative juices flowing.
This is not a packed schedule or a transformational boot camp. It's just a beautiful house by the sea, a group of thoughtful women, creative possibility, and space to exhale.

Join me in the same spacious oceanfront villa, but for a very different kind of experience. Here, daily fluid art workshops will be paired with profound inner exploration designed to unleash your imagination (artistic and otherwise), expand your perception and clarity, promote powerful insight, illuminate what is ready (and what needs) to shift, and spark the passion and energy you need to take your next step.
Also known as acrylic pouring, fluid art is accessible to anyone who can spill a glass of water. Seriously; no experience, education or creative aptitude is required to enjoy and learn from the experience. But painting is only the doorway. Magic will happen in the nightly group work led by inspirational coach Karen Schachter, who will guide us to reflect, integrate and translate what emerges through the art into meaningful insight for our lives beyond the canvas.
